Heat-strengthened safety glass that is 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass. Upon impact, it shatters into small, blunt granules rather than sharp shards, minimizing injury risk. Ideal applications include doors, shower enclosures, building facades, and partition walls. Available in thicknesses from 4mm to 19mm with custom dimensions up to 10' x 20'.
Curved version of tempered glass that combines aesthetic elegance with safety performance. Manufactured through specialized bending followed by thermal tempering process. Perfect for custom architectural features like curved railings, canopies, automotive windscreens, and contemporary building facades. Available in radii ranging from 1200mm to 2000mm depending on thickness (6mm-19mm).
Double or triple-pane glass units with hermetically sealed air or argon-filled gaps (typically 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, or 16mm). Provides superior thermal insulation (U-value as low as 1.4 W/m²K with argon fill), acoustic dampening (up to 42 dB sound reduction), and condensation control. Essential for energy-efficient windows, curtain walls, and LEED-certified green buildings. We offer online argon gas filling at 99% purity with automatic production line capacity up to 2.5m x 5m.
Multi-layer safety glass with PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) or SGP (SentryGlas Plus) interlayer that holds glass fragments together upon impact. Provides enhanced security, UV protection (99% blockage), noise reduction (up to 35 dB), and shatter resistance. Ideal for overhead glazing, skylights, security applications, automotive applications, and hurricane-resistant installations. Common configurations: 6.38mm (3+3), 8.38mm (4+4), 10.38mm (5+5), and custom combinations. Thickness up to 80mm can be provided.
High-security laminated glass designed to withstand ballistic threats. Multiple layers of glass and polycarbonate create composite structures ranging from 25mm to 80mm thickness. Tested and certified to international standards (NIJ, EN 1063, ASTM). Protection levels range from handgun rounds to high-powered rifle ammunition. Essential for banks, jewelry stores, embassies, VIP vehicles, and high-risk facilities.
Decorative glass with precisely angled edges (typically 1" to 1.6'' or 25mm to 40mm bevel) creating prismatic effects that refract light into spectrum colors. Manufactured using specialized grinding and polishing equipment. Adds elegance and sophistication to interior applications including doors, windows, mirrors, furniture, and decorative panels.
